Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cáncer
Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cáncer was born in August 1984 from a group of parents and doctors of children with cancer at the J.M. de los Ríos children’s hospital in Caracas. It cares for patients from birth to 18 and supports the whole family, with the Mi Casita shelter in Caracas, open since 1992, for families who travel from the interior for treatment, and a scholarship fund to train health personnel.
Our 2016 Gala at the Dupont Building raised funds for Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cáncer alongside Construyendo Futuros and Hogares Bambi.
