Buena Voluntad
Buena Voluntad is a Caracas nonprofit that since 1964 has trained people with disabilities and placed them in jobs. Its virtual and in-person labor training and the POETA program prepare participants for work; the association then helps them find a job and keeps supporting them after they are hired, while working with companies on inclusive hiring.
We Love Foundation supports Buena Voluntad as part of our social development work in Venezuela.
