Anyone who is 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States is eligible to participate. International supporters may still participate in the raffle, but are fully responsible for the shipping and delivery of the vehicle. Additionally, Kia will ship within the state of Florida, but out of state winners are responsible for transportation beyond state borders. Entries must be made using a valid name, email, and phone number. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the organizing nonprofit may be ineligible to win, depending on local raffle regulations.

Because raffle tickets are purchased in exchange for a chance to win a prize, they are not considered tax-deductible donations under IRS regulations. Only contributions made without receiving an entry or any other benefit in return can be claimed as charitable donations. If you would like to make an additional gift to support our cause that is tax-deductible, you may do so separately through our general donation page.

No. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, title, and insurance costs associated with the vehicle. The organizing nonprofit will not cover any federal, state, or local taxes, dealer fees, or other charges related to claiming or owning the prize. Winners will receive guidance on completing the necessary paperwork to transfer ownership and ensure compliance with all tax and registration requirements.

No. The prize consists of a specific KIA vehicle as described in the raffle details. The color, trim, and model are predetermined and cannot be changed or substituted. The winner will receive the exact car displayed and listed in the official raffle description.

The raffle vehicle is on display at South Dade KIA Miami. Visitors are welcome to view the car in person during regular dealership hours. Please check with the dealership for exact viewing times and directions before your visit.

No. All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if you decide not to participate or are unable to attend the drawing. Please review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

The winner will be announced live at the raffle event and on our official social media channels. In addition, the winner will be contacted directly by phone and email using the information provided during ticket purchase. Please make sure your contact details are accurate so we can reach you promptly if you win.

If you live within the state of Florida, we can arrange to have the vehicle shipped directly to you after the drawing.

For out-of-state winners, transportation and pickup must be handled personally by the winner. The vehicle must be collected from South Dade KIA Miami, and all required paperwork will be completed at the dealership prior to transfer.
